Who we are

The two star Hotel Roscio, run by the family, is strategically located for the traveller wishing to discover for himself the quiet and little visited beauty of the Southern Umbrian countryside as well as the long history, both Etruscan and Roman, of the “Green Heart of Italy”.
One hour north of Rome via the A1 Autostrada, take the Attigliano exit and the hotel is immediately off the exit.
Daytrips can be easily taken either by using the Auto or Superstrada’s or, even better, by exploring the backroads.
Within easy driving distance is Orvieto and its surrounding wine country; historic Viterbo and its historic walled centro; Lake Bolsena; Cascata delle Marmore; Narni; Lake Vico; Spoleto and the wonderfully eccentric Parco dei Mostri in neighbouring Bomarzo.
